Plan to keep growing

For five years, and thanks to its constant growth, the .EUS domain has consolidated in the Basque domain market. We now face the challenge of continuing to grow and expand. To this end, we have begun to develop a new strategic planning that will identify the main strategic objectives for the period 2021-2023 and establish the strategies necessary to achieve those objectives.

The objectives of the process are:

• Offer the work team the opportunity to stop and reflect
• Clarify the strategic lines and the most relevant projects for the coming years
• Create a dynamic and a suitable space to generate new ideas
• Integration in the process of the Board of Trustees, Registrars and Distributors
• Encourage reflection on the organization and functions of the work team to face new challenges
