PUNTUEUS launches a support service for registering .EUS domains, together with the character EUSEBIO

PUNTUEUS, la entidad gestora del dominio .EUS, ha puesto en marcha un nuevo servicio para ayudar a PUNTUEUS, the organization that manages the .EUS domain, has launched a new service to help Basque companies and professionals strengthen their presence on the Internet. With the goal of making the domain registration process easier, PUNTUEUS will offer an assistance service and has launched a special campaign to promote it. The campaign’s main character is EUSEBIO, portrayed by actor Iker Galartza.

As EUSEBIO himself explains:

“I’m Eus, Eusebio — your assistant for the .EUS domain — and I have two pieces of good news for you. One: this month you can get your domain for only 9 euros. Two: if you need help registering it, you can schedule an appointment with me. To learn more: eusebio.eus.”

Through a landing page, interested users can request an appointment to complete the domain registration process with the help of an assistant.

Each month, the campaign will target a specific sector, but the offer will remain the same: .EUS domains for 9 euros.

Currently, there are around 220,000 domains in the Basque Country, of which 15,500 are .EUS (7%). There are also about 25,000 websites that include content in Basque.
